The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

you can always Ask your IT.
This "Access" forum is for support of the Access application, which is used to create relational database applications. Participants here know a lot about Access, but not as much about configuring AAD user accounts. As previously noted, the best place to start would be with the IT support people in YOUR organization whose responsibility it is to configure AAD properly for your organization. You could also search for a forum which does pertain to AAD....
