Trouble importing External Data into Access

I imported data from an Outlook folder into Access, then tried to repeat that process with the next Outlook folder.  When I tried to repeat the process with a different Outlook folder (or even from any other source), I get the error message, "Microsoft Access can't find the wizard.  This wizard has not been installed..." etc.  I have tried all the basic troubleshooting tips, including repairing my Microsoft 365 installation with an Online Repair.  I am using an updated Windows 10 Pro installation on my computer.
