Showing contents of a directory in a list box (Excel file) and then selecting file to import

Dear All,
I have a little project at work.
As you might have guessed what I am trying to achieve. So far I am able to show the contents of directory in the list box (in Access), but I am not able to figure out how can I import excel file (data) into Access by choosing them and clicking a button. Any help will be much appreciated.
