MS Access 2016 - Working with Forms and multiple Subforms

Copper Contributor

Hi!

I finally have my relationships the way they should be.  But I have no idea to create subforms of a subform... to enter the data.  Here are the relationships - and thank you in advance for any help you made provide!

@ValMayo Try the wizzard to build your forms. You might also consider not to input all data in one set of forms. Is that really necessary?

One thing about your relationships: it looks like TS_Dates and Jobnum aren't linked right (Loc_ID to JobNum_ID).

I see another design problem: you have both Location.JobNum_ID as well as JobNum.Loc_ID. That could spell trouble.

I would recommend spelling out the table names, and decide on all singular or all plural names. Use as few abbrevs as possible.
Remember, you are also doing this for the person after you.
