Recently kb5002099 was pushed for Office 2016 32 bit which caused the Shared drive access by multiple users issues. The fix was KB4484211. I have installed KB4484211 and still get the same message Could not use ‘path to database.accdb’; file already in use. What is the problem what do I need to do?

Hi,
I don't know what version of Access you have, but since yesterday new updates are available for most versions with fixes that should also resolve the remaining network path issues. However, some versions or variants are still in limbo.
All affected users should check the list of fixed and not yet fixed versions on the Microsoft bug page and actively request updates if necessary.

Having the same issues, I believe there are two patches to fix this update. KB 5002115 is the other one.

I am not sure yet as still waiting for the official roll-out in my organization.
