Hi Chelsea...I am not sure if this is helpful or not but there is Resources Scheduling template for Access that may be useful to look at for this, I only just downloaded it and haven't gone into it yet. From what I read the general advice seemed to suggest buy an existing template as the time to make your own is way better spent on other things.
