I purchased Microsoft Access last week; however, when I try to open Access application I get the following message:
You must start Microsoft Access by double clicking file or by running Microsoft Access from a command prompt with a database specified
If I click on a file that's saved on my computer, it'll open but I'm not able to create new files or see the "ribbon" of options. Any assistance will be GREATLY appreciated
