Cannot create a new Query on Access

since view weeks i can not create an new Query by using Menü "Erstellen/Abfrageentwurf". After choose the Button "Abfrageentwurf" Access Crashes.

Does this happen in one specific accdb, or in all accdbs?

Perhaps you can Repair the installation of Office on your computer.

Or you might need to re-install Office on your computer.

Thanks for your replay.
It is by all, also by creating a new Database.
I did repair Office on both ways, Fast repair and Online repair; it dosn't helps.
the third option its the last one i would do.
-is there no log-File availible where i could get any Infos?

@ErichSe8304 There may be a Windows error log, but I don't know where to find it. I don't really use that for trouble-shooting.

See if re-installing Office changes the behavior.

i did the following operation:

first i deinstalled a Tool from the Company "Smart tools, SQL aus Abfragen".

then i repaired Office 365 with the Online option.

Now it looks like, that eveything is running well.

Quick followup. What is "Smart tools, SQL from queries"? I did a Bingoogle search and turned up nothing with that specific name. There are several tools, it appears, though, that seem to relate to working with SQL.
