I would appreciate suggestions on file structure for setting up an ACCESS data base for my 200 emails lists that are categorized by Major File Titles. I have 20 file folders with 3 to 60 email lists in each folder and would like to set up an Access data base to be able to easily download files (email lists).
I am new to Access but understand DBMSs from long ago in mainframe days.
Please help me as I must transition email lists soon.
Major file 1
files with email list 1A
list 1AA
list 2AA
email list 2A
etc.
