ACCESS File disabled because of macros.

Copper Contributor

I just downloaded a new version of Microsoft 365. I have an ACCESS file that I have used for years. The new version will not let me use my data in the file. Can get to the file but can't open any data. Message is that it is disabled and locked out as not from a trusted site. Had Microsoft on the chat for over an hour and he gave up after remote access to my computer. Couldn't figure it out. My file is trusted and never caused issues in the past, but I can't use it the way it is. I've spent hours looking at all the trusted site and other settings and don't see a resolution. Little advice and help would be appreciated.

We have no visibility to your computer or any of the files or folders on it. However, it could be guessed that perhaps you are encountering this problem?

@Ted_PogueCheck that your trusted documents settings are still correct. Open Access, go to Options and then go to the Trust Center. Check Trusted Location, Trusted Documents to make sure that nothing has changed.
