Access 2016 Objects

I have an access database 2016. For some reason all of the access objects were hiding. I checked Navigation options to show hidden options and repaired the database but i still don't see the tables or queries. I cannot add any items on the grouping categories from the Navigation options, all the buttons were greyed out. 

I could see the data and reports from the switch board but unable to see the objects.

There are a few possibilities, but it's hard to guess from a screen shot.

For starters, is this an accdb? or an accde?

It's possibly to "Deep Hide" objects in the navigation pane, precisely to prevent unauthorized people from seeing them. That can be reversed by a knowledgeable person, but we ought to be sure where you got this accdb as well.
