Since Michal and I did this presentation there has been a great new feature added to QnA maker: Active learning, (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/qnamaker/how-to/improve-knowledge-base)

The new feature will allow administrators to add new questions with ease based on the feedback users are providing through Access and the API.

We use this feature to provide a knowledge base through the app, instead of creating documentation, which can quickly become stale. Let me know in the comments if you have used it in your apps!

I don't understand how to use QnA from within Access

Giorgio,

Download the sample file and walk through the instructions, you will need your own Azure account in order to test. You can download the sample file here:

Hi Juan, where do I find the instructions?

Could you also tell me When the video for May 28th

Access Lunchtime meeting – "Understanding the Access Report Engine" will be available?

@Giorgio Rovelli You should see instructions inside the code, let me know if you don’t. In regards to the videos, they will be available by next week at the latest.
