HELP - I urgently require a fix to this problem. After recently installing Windows Updates, Word 2016 (or Word O365 is it's new update name), keeps crashing whenever I try to use one of our templates. It is simple non-macro template basically with just themes. This template was working fine in the past, but since the updates Word O365 keeps crashing. This is the same for new and old document based on the same proposal. The only way we have been able to work around it is by opening the file in an older version. Even if we open in from SharePoint if one person has it open in an older version of Word then others on the newer version can work in it too from SharePoint. PLEASE HELP.
