Attached is the file trimmed down without any important info. Before starting we save word files and close them out. Sometimes word crashes. We can take this file and first open in word we get an error. We can copy the file to our Sharepoint, and then try to edit there. We get an error. We edit it in Word desktop app and we still get an error. Then we click on edit on word online and it will allow us to do so. If we remove all text from the file (in word online) then the file will work in all places. So it’s something in the file that is messing up Word program. We cannot see what that is.
