FSLogix only could be used on WVD?

Hi, I think FSLogix is a really good solutions to improve the performance of Multi-user virtual environments.

Does FSLogix  only could be used on WVD environments?

for explame,could i use FSlogix in my on-premises Citrix environments?

And we  are licensed for any of the following Microsoft solutions:

• Microsoft 365 E3
