client server 2019 local server not synchronization with WSUS server .

Hi ,
I have 2 windows servers2019 machines, name called  ServerA and ServerB  ,

i have an registration Entries file , however i have edited some configuration and i merge that files into 2 servers (ServerA and ServerB) .
next day i checked in WSUS server ServerA is present and ServerB is not appeared .
I checked both sever Windows Registry Editor (regedit)  file whatever i did the change it is there , but ServerB is not appeared in WSUS server .

NOTE : No GPO rules has applicable for both server ,there is no domain.it is a local machine.

kindly help how to fix

Hi,
just to check I understood your question right, you tried to connect your 2 Windows servers 2019 and make them known to each other using Registry?

if yes, could you elaborate which Configs you've done?
