Hello everyone,
My manager asked me to set up policy for that would limit the pre-windows logon character to 6 or 8
By Microsoft the minimum es 0 while the maximum is 20 or 250.
So what we need are :
Minimum: 6 or 8
Maximum: 20
Thanks

You'd have to change the schema, which is something you should only do when you're exactly knowing what you're doing. But in your case, even that wouldn't work, because there is no way to set a minimum length to an attribute.
Your only way to achieve this is to make it a organizational (human) policy, meaning that when you or your sysadmin colleagues create a new user, they do set a logon name that has at least 6 or 8 characters.
