we are currently having issue on verifying the TLS connectivity from the front end user, we followed the below guide to determine the TLS connection,

we were able to determine the TLS traffic from the backend server with cipher code 400, while for the front end server the cipher protocol field were empty without any value, appreciate for advise, FYI we are running on exchange 2016 and windows 2016 with IIS, thank you.
