Hello. I'd like to ask a basic question.
A client has an HP DL560 G8 server with a 3-disk RAID 0 and Windows Server 2012 R2.
We would like to change the raid for another RAID 0 + 1, for example, with different number of disks and more total capacity.
Is it possible to make a complete restore from a full backup to the new RAID without having to reinstall Windows Serve 2012 R2?.
Thankyou.

You can follow along here (same steps as 2008) I'd test it fully before doing for real.

Thank you very much Dave. I'll keep that in mind. I hope it works.

You're welcome.
