From where I get Microsoft Certificate and benefits after passing exam 70-740

Hi all, 
I have passed 70-740 Windows Server 2016 Exam on 27-June-2019, but today I have updated my Shipping Address, How to get my certificate as its not showing also on microsoft.com/mcp dashboard.

from where I request these things. 

I want to know if any Microsoft cap/t-shirts/bag I can get?
