Windows (v17692) installed with Russian regional settings and US keyboard layout (without any International). Reboot system after change computer name. Type admin password and password in incorrect. Second try with slow typing. Same result. This is "Microsoft product" - it is right think!
Switch keyboard layout, and I can type correct password.
Questuion: why active non-US layout ? May be need create keyboard layout indicator ?
