Settings crashes when selecting Clipboard from Settings-->System in 17666 Windows Preview build,

I am trying to use the new Clipboard feature in the 17666 Windows Preview build, but when I select Settings->System->Clipboard, the Settings dialog crashes. It appears the selection of the Clipboard feature is the only one that causes the Settings dialog to crash (i.e. selecting other options from Settings->System doesn’t result in a crash).

Is this a known issue? If so, is there another way to turn on the Clipboard feature?

NOTE: I installed the 17666 Preview build via the Windows_InsiderPreview_Server_vNext_en-us_17666.iso image.

have now the equal issue. OS Build 19041.1288
maybe I've cut a little bit too much crap with winToolKit, but the clipboard is actually working, only doesn't get focussed when press Win+v.
EventLog says:
