After you have updated a Windows 7 Service Pack 1 client with KB 2574819 and 2592687 to enable Remote Desktop Protocol 8.0, and attempt to connect to a client on a Small Business Server 2011 Standard or Small Business Server 2011 Essentials domain using Remote Web Access or Remote Desktop Gateway, you may encounter multiple authentication prompts.
The current solution to this is to provide the credentials in Domain\User name format along with the password on the Remote Desktop Gateway prompt.
The next authentication prompt would let you in to the client machine.
