upgrading error windows 17025 to 17046

Hello,

We have some client computers which are running Windows build number 17025. I want to test Windows 17046 newly released but I couldn't get success. Upgrade not working or completed. There is no additional antivirus software , only windows defender enabled.

 

Is there any known bug etc about upgrading?
