The same issue as in build 17666 where it will fail to install.
Windows 10 Insider Preview 17672.1000 (rs_prerelease) - failed install attempt - 0xc1900101
The user named Sarah et Yves stated "It works if I uninstall Kaspersky Internet security before the update." which I hope can be some useful information.
I do not have KIS but I do have Avast antivirus and have this issue but I have not tested uninstalling avast and i don't think I'm planning to either.
If anyone has more info about this issue or have found solution or cause for this issue please tell us down bellow.
