Hello. After the installation of the 18945 version with my device something incomprehensible happened. First the monitor blinked, then the edge stopped working, all the tabs closed, then when the device worked, everything became in a reduced form. The scale has been reduced several times.

Try using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in SAFE MODE to remove your graphic card driver(s) and then reinstall the latest version either from Windows update (automatic way) or go to the manufacturer website and download the driver yourself (manual way).
also what happens when you change scaling in Windows settings?
