Nightmare experience

Having just updated to the latest insider slow ring preview I find that I now have an additional user which prevents me from rolling back.. Note I did not create this new user the update did, not only that but it does not appear in the list of users for me to delete

 

Why do I wish to roll back ?  Well there is no mail app  also there is no store app so I cannot replace it

 

I followed the steps here http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-store-app-missing-windows-10 I can now see the app but I cannot run it..  So I will download again the release version and re-install that..  This also happened to me on the previous version, and the version before that so I will now remove myself from the programme
