Help machine will not boot!

Hi,

I have installed latest insider build on Dell Inspiron 300 and all was going well but now when I boot up screen flashes and am not able to login.  Eventually it will say 'incorrect login'. Do I need to reinstall previous version of windows?

Ok, so I'm using windows rescue usb and am able to boot to that but it will not roll back to previous windows version. So now I have to do a clean install. Curse the day I ever enrolled in ludicrous Insider program!
