Erratic issue - Minimized windows on Taskbar does not open or maximize

Unable to replicate consitently.

Work around is to park the most important window that you frequently use on the multiple desktop and enable taskbar options to see all the windows on all the desktop.

Found one more workaround.

Fast double click on the window that is minimized and it opens up. After that UI behaves like expected.

But then, for no reason reverts back to the  same issue.

I understand this problem has been logged in the past way back in Windows 7 too.
