Cloud download

Iron Contributor

Hi all!

I have tested new feature cloud download. Seems it works for me as intended. No any issue with download/reset/installation. All personal data remained untouched (including OneDrive personal and working account folders).  Also noted if you have programs installed just in C:\ (not C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)) those apps also remained not affected and completely working. So, cloud reset - it's in general cool, no-headache feature. Thanks MS team!

Best regards,

Joshua

It's good but they should add it in the recovery mode when Windows fails to boot. that's where this option is mostly needed.

@Joshua1605 Yes. works well. but I think it should be available with a broken system. https://aka.ms/AA5yhw9

Please see this updated post, the option now works in recovery environment (pre-boot) as well, all previous problems with custom optional features fixed.
