Build 16288.1 (rs3_release)

I can see a number of people having issuea with the above build (16288.1) my PC keeps upgarding and then wont boot and reverts the the previous builds.

I can see microsoft have released a fix for one issue causing boot problems, has anyone else still seen this issue and got a resolution that works?

nothing changed on my side Danish language, it still wont uodte more than 12% and start roll back.
