Windows ADK for Windows 10, version 1703 is now available for download

Just a heads up, the Windows Overlay Filter driver looks to be not signed when installing on a device w/ SecureBoot enabled.

Interesting...someone else I know had that same issue with that driver. I haven't run into it and have installed it on both physical and virtual systems running Secure Boot.

Does it install if you disable Secure Boot?
