What's new in Windows 10? Spotlight

Copper Contributor

As we request time from our end users to deploy these updates, we need ways to inform them of what's new with the latest release.  As the machine reboots after the update, would be great to find a way to inform our 48K users why they just had 30 minutes of downtime to update to the latest version of Windows 10.

Example: With 1709 and One Drive enhancements with placeholders, we could easily teach them how to sync only what they need locally to avoid consuming space.  Lots of internal work that has to be created in order for to get this message out to our OD users.

Any plans or thoughts on how we incorporate this in to the build process?
