I've learned that when some application is maximized, with the Windows 10 May 2019 update, that Focus Assist is enabled. I'm sure I've read about that elsewhere. I can see why this would be done.
But what I'm wondering is when does Alarms Only (one of the settings of Focus Assist) get enabled, when I stop having whatever application maximized?
