How long Windows 10 LTSB 2016 will be secure to use?

Will Windows 10 LTSB 2016 year be still supported after Windows 10 LTSB 2019 will be released? If some programs or drivers will not work on Windows 10 LTSB 2019 - will Windows 10 LTSB 2016 year be secure to use and how long it will be secure to use?

How Windows 10 LTSB 2019 will be distributed? Will there be an option to decline update in WSUS?

After searching the web I can say that Windows 10 LTSB of 2016 year will be STILL supported after Windows 10 LTSB of 2019 year will be available. I think it will be supported for 10 years up to 2026 year. However Windows 10 LTSB will not support new silicon, that was introduced after 2016 year. So upgrade to Windows 10 LTSB 2019 might be necessary.
