When user unexpectedly stop encryption by all large size of removable devices, sometimes  some hard drive or usb changes to raw format from ntfs, then windows cannot permit to access that drive and when we try to turn off bitlocker in explorer context menu, it shows bitlocker errorcode is 0x80070015.

What should we do in that situation?

I did run chkdsk d: /f , but it cannot run by the raw format

We cannot use that removable devices anymore , even if I did run low format , but it cannot work with stop writing error too. thank you for reading my post.
