https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/security/alerts returns empty value

We have a daily job for querying alerts for some tenants, but there is a tenant we can't get alerts through https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/security/alerts API since l/8 this year, but we have generated some identity risk events which could be saw in Azure AD Identity Protection.

It is resolved now, it is the issue of tenant itself.
