I successfully installed Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Version 1902 on windows server 2019.  I managed to install sccm client (through Client push installation), the ccmsetup service is running on my laptop but when i go to SCCM Assets and Compliance, from Devices my latop client status is NO. I restarted ccmsetup service on my laptop several times but the client status on SCCM is still NO.

@Soro100Looks like during the client push installation, it is unable to access the WMI. Stop the WMI service, rename the %windir%\system32\wbem\Repository folder to "Old.Repository" and restart the WMI service. Make sure the Repository folder is recreated.

@Alexios57thanx for your response, I managed  to rename Repository folder to Old.Repository and the new Repository folder has been created. I also restarted WMI and reinstalled sccm client(Push installation) but the client status of my machine is still set to NO.

@Alexios57  i managed to stop WMI service and renamed Repository to OLD.Repository. The new Repository has been created. I also restarted WMI Service.

From your log file. I see that there are some permission issues with the account used for Client push installation (CBS\SCCM_PUSH).

Firstly, Please make sure that this account has administrative access on the device that you're trying to install the client and you can able to access the ADMIN$ share using this account.

Secondly, Based on your words with previous troubleshoot steps, I assume that you have created the new "Repository" folder. Is this, correct? If yes, you shouldn't be doing this. The Repository folder should be created by itself automatically when the installation begins. 

 

Lastly, I would suggest you to perform a clean uninstall of SCCM client and delete the items as mentioned here https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/michaelgriswold/2013/01/02/manual-removal-of-the-sccm-client/ and start fresh installation by making sure the availability of necessary permissions as described in First Step.

SCCM_PUSH account, and configured the account that has admin rights, i also performed clean installation as you suggested, please find the log file below, the issue still persists

Has the changes made to Repository folder, revert back? In the log, it say's it is unable to connect to WMI. If all the changes have been revert back, try the manual install one last time and attach the whole ccmsetup.log from the client and ccm.log from site server.

I deleted all the files in the %SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem\Repository folder and restarted my computer.

The Windows Management Instrumentation service started and the files were re-created
After Client installation, i got the log on the above email
Try installing the client manually and see if it works.
