Unable to make calls with Skype for Business using Surface Hub

When searching for contacts I get hits but when I try to make a call from the Surface Hub using Skype for Business the call fails. I have signed the Hub on to the Office365 account successfully. Are there any ports that need to be opened on my Firewall? I've opened the usual candidates (80, 442, 3478-3481, 5060,5061 and 50000-59000). Am I missing something?

Hi Janet

First things first, I'd sign into Skype for Business on a known working laptop/PC with the Surface Hub device account, then make a call from the laptop. This will confirm if the account has been configured correctly.
