The Hubwill no longer turn off the screen

We are experiencing that our Surface Hub no longer turns off the screen when inactive (set to 5 minutes) or hibernates (set to 1 hour). This worked flawlessly earlier. I can't point out when this changed other than that it must have been within the last couple of months.

There are no pending updates, so everything should be up to date regarding Windows Update.
Does anyone else experience this?

Can you run the Surface Hub Diagnostics Tool (available from the Store if not already installed) and run a check on the proximity sensors just to make sure they're working correctly?

I've had this before with an 84" Surface Hub which showed no issue but wouldn't sleep. Only fix in the end was a rebuild.
