Surface Hub & OMS Proxy

Is there a way to provide a proxy for OMS?  When I use the OMS client on other Windows devices I have the option to provide a proxy server.  However, on the Surface Hub, there is no option in the GUI.

There's no possibility to set proxy for OMS client. Only in settings for the whole device
