Sorry can you clarify a bit more what's happening here? Did something change recently?
And do you actually have a Surface Hub, or a different Surface device?

If it is a Surface Hub - have you spoken to Microsoft support?

Yes, I have a Microsoft Surface Hub. Look at the image to see my problem.

Someone had to turn BitLocker on, Microsoft doesn't have the control to enable it on your individual device.

I would suggest reading this page (which was found by searching online for "surface hub bitlocker"):

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4040548/how-to-use-cloud-recovery-for-bitlocker-on-a-surfac...

Also after you've gone through that process, next time get the person who enabled it to save the key: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/save-bitlocker-key-surface-hub

Thanks for your help!! :)
