You can get AirServer Surface Hub Edition from the Microsoft Store. It's around £80 per license/Hub and will allow you to stream from iOS or Android (or both at the same time side-by-side) as long as the Surface Hub and the device you want to share from are on the same network.
We have our Surface Hubs VLAN'd away from everything else, so this wasn't an option for us. Instead (given there is only 1 HDMI input port), we have purchased Apple TV's, Chromecasts, and a 3-port HDMI switch. We then run the HDMI switch into the Surface Hub, and the Apple TV, Chromecast, and an HDMI cable for laptops into the switch.
Contrary to Loryan's statement, this DOES work through the Connect app, so you don't need to change source and you can continue to use the rest of the Surface Hub features while using these. Just bear in mind you can only use one input at any one time.
Given the HDMI switch we were using is no longer made, we've just bought these for some new Hubs we've just ordered:
