The issue is pretty much the subject line:

User logs out of Skype and shuts down computer, but still shows "Available" to other users...Sometimes after an hour or two it eventually stops showing, but not for everyone that has her in their Favorites...

Full repair on Office 2016 was done, no change.(Windows 10 is the OS). Help!

Is this on-premises Skype for business or o365?

If on premises, and you have more than one front end, it could be something with the sync to the CMS.

I guess the user dont ahve skype on a phone also?
