Skype Meeting Broadcast in a hybrid enviroment

We are trying to test Skype Meeting Broadcast, but have not been able to get it to work. We are setup hybrid between lync 2013 onprem and s4b online.

The user testing is on s4b online, but it keeps failing when he tries to start the broadcast.

Is this configuration supported and does anyone here have it working in a hybrid environment?

Where the user is located (on prem or online) is irrelevant. There are a number of checklist items to go through to ensure its working. Start with the following article.
