Mute Audience

Copper Contributor

Good Day!

When conducting a meeting using Skype and we utilize the Mute Audience feature.  When we have attendees using the PSTN feature while using either the call me feature or where the call the conference line directly, they are not subject to the Mute Audience restrictions.  Mute Audience does mute them initially, however if they join by phone, they can override the mute by pressing *6 and begin speaking at any time.  Has anyone else encountered and is there a solution to correct this so they can't override this control?

Hello Ben,

Try with PrivateRollCallCommand $null parameter. That may disable the DTMF inputs.
