General Voice Mail

I am having problems with my voice mail box prompts. When a caller outside of my organization attempts to leave a message the voice prompts at 7 seconds in the message process "Are you done" it repeats this message and will not acknowledge the response of the caller.  Can tis feature be turned off until it works on a consist basis.

This is down to the voicemail service not receiving a media stream from the caller. The "Are you done" prompt is down to the voicemail service not hearing the caller speak. 

 

If this truly is cloud pbx voicemail, then please log a support ticket through Office 365. If this is Exchange UM on-prem or hybrid, then ensure that you are not blocking ports between Lync FE/Med and Exchange UM
