Hi SfB Gurus!
I am doing an upgrade from SfB server 2015 to 2019. I got a few pilot users including myself migrated to the 2019 Front End but now all users on the new 2019 Front End cannot sign into their accounts via the Mobile App on iOS or Android (I assume). Remotely, Windows client works just fine.
As a test I would move my account back and forth to the new and old front end pool and it is confirmed that the old works with no issues.
Does anybody have any suggestions that can point me in the right direction?

@Cang Dao Hi There, Best is to check your DNS for the web services on the SFB 2019 Pool in the topology builder if it is correctly added in your DNS. Secondly check your Load Balancer if it is correctly configured for the web services. You will have different web address for the new SFB 2019 Pool.
