Media foundation is missing

I can not install SfB2019 on server 2016 core.
The installer stopped on prerequisites check:

Skype for Business Server 2019 Deployment Log

Method used to check prerequisite state: !WindowsMediaFoundationInstalled()

But this feature is installed  

PS C:\Users\administrator.CONTOSO> Get-WindowsFeature *Media*

Display Name Name Install State
------------ ---- -------------
[X] Media Foundation Server-Media-Foundation Installed

Is it possible to skip this false-positive check?

I know that core installations weren't supported on Skype4B 2015, so I'd be surprised if this has been added to 2019. Especially seeing as many of the management tools like Deploy.Exe require a Gui to run.
