Looks like you been running Skype for Business Online and been moved to Teams Only mode. Have you changed anything in your organization?

thank's for your reply.
I really installed teams, but it was a trial, to solve the S4B problem. The missing contact window was before the installation of teams.
Seems the installation of S4B is not completed, the Options menu Looks also very poor. Any idea???

What do you mean with "Skype for Business Online"??? The Web APP or in a web browser???
I don't think so, i'm starting the program from start/programs.

If your servers are located in Office 365 (Skype for Business Online) or On Premises (Skype for Business Server).
If you are a SfBO customer it might that your tenant been migrated from SfBO to Teams or that you have been moved by your administrator.

@Bernd60 Its seems that its an issue with your contact list. Can you share the following information.
1. Login to Skype for Business
2. On the System Tray can you please press control key + right click on your mouse
3. Click on Configuration Information and share the same.
Please try to hide the personal information from the configuration information.
